How do I ask for a quote?

What information should I have ready?

It depends on the type of insurance. For business enquiries, useful starting details may include your trade or activities, where you operate, turnover or payroll, property or equipment, and renewal date. We will guide you on what is relevant. Please do not send sensitive documents until we request them through an appropriate channel.

Does sending an enquiry mean I am insured?

No. An enquiry or quote request does not put cover in place. Cover starts only when it has been confirmed in writing by us or the insurer, as applicable. If you need cover by a particular date, tell us when you contact the team.

Can you help with an existing policy or claim?
